Who is Mrunal Thakur?
Born on 1 August 1992 (Age 28 Years as of 2020), Mrunal Thakur is a film and television actress. She predominantly works in Bollywood and Marathi film industry. Starting her acting career with a television series Mujhse Kuchh Kehti…Yeh Khamoshiyaan, she has now become a well-known actress of Bollywood.

Early Life & Achievements
Mrunal was born in Dhule, Nagpur, Maharashtra in a Marathi family. She completed her education at Kishinchand Chellaram College. In her college days, she wanted to be a dentist. But her friend suggested her to give auditions for the film. At the age of 16 in 2012, while studying in college, she gets selected as a lead role for the Star Plus series Mujhse Kuchh Kehti… Hai Khamoshiyaan. Mrunal started gaining some popularity after doing this series.
In 2013, she was signed for Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek – Arjun. In the following year, she was cast in the Zee series Kumkum Bhagya. The series became very popular across India and her performance was also appreciated by the audience.
In 2016, she quit the television industry as she got an offer for an Indo-American joint venture film Love Sonia. The film won several international awards including the Golden Globe Award for the Best Foreign Language Film.
The year 2018 was a golden year for Mrunal. She did two big projects, Vikash Bahl‘s Super 30 opposite Hrithik Roshan and Nikhil Advani‘s Batla House opposite John Abraham. Both films did great at the box office and won many awards.
Mrunal appeared in Netflix‘s original web series Baahubali: Before the Beginning in 2021. She has many big film projects in hand like Jersey, Toofan, Aankh Micholi, etc.

Mrunal made her Marathi and film career debut with Vitti Dandu in 2014 directed by Ganesh Kadam. It tells the story of a village that revolt against the British for demanding independence.
